You will be the face of MacX to enterprise clients — understanding their software needs, building relationships with CTOs and procurement heads, and closing clean deals for Adobe, Microsoft, Autodesk and more.
What you'll do
- Generate leads from enterprise accounts across Bangladesh
- Run product demos and proposal presentations for C-level stakeholders
- Hit monthly revenue targets while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with technical support to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong communication in Bangla and English
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives
- Self-driven, organized, and hungry to win
Our clients don't read manuals — they call you. You'll be the go-to problem-solver for installation hiccups, licence activation issues, and deployment questions across the entire software stack.
What you'll do
- Provide first-line support via phone, email and remote desktop
- Diagnose licence activation, deployment and compatibility issues
- Escalate complex cases to vendor partners with full documentation
- Build an internal knowledge base so future issues solve themselves
What we're looking for
- Solid understanding of Windows / macOS environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Microsoft 365 suites
- Patient, clear communicator — you can explain DNS to your grandmother
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, proxy, firewall basics)
Keep MacX's books as clean as the licences we sell. You'll own day-to-day accounting, VAT/Mushak compliance, vendor reconciliations and monthly closing — making sure every taka is documented and audit-ready.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers and bank reconciliations
- Issue VAT challans, Mushak 6.3 and BIN-linked invoices to enterprise clients
- Coordinate with vendors and partners on payments, FX and receivables
- Prepare monthly P&L, cash-flow and management reports
What we're looking for
- B.Com / BBA in Accounting or Finance (CA / CMA part-qualified a plus)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in trading or IT
- Solid grasp of Bangladesh VAT, tax and Mushak documentation
- Comfortable with Tally / QuickBooks and Excel power-user level
